Hartung PotLuck Farewell Party June 26 2004The friends of Joan and Russ Hartung hosted a potluck supper in Siena Hall to say farewell to them in anticipation of their upcoming move to The Villages in Ocala Florida. Fran Minor did a wonderful job with a special "Golf" cake, and Father George presented them with a gift from the Parish. The food was great and it was a nice sendoff to the Hartungs who have done so much for our Parish. Russ has been Chairman of our Maintenance Committee, and has run the golf game at our annual Parish Festival and is an usher among many other contributions. Joan is on the Parish Council, the Finance Council and is outgoing President of the Ladies Guild and is a greeter at the 8:00am Mass. They can not easily be replaced for the work they do, and can never be replaced for what they've added to our Parish family. Joan and Russ....we're going to miss you!!
