This form is E-mailed directly to the parish web servant Bob Payette who will forward your message to the individual in the Parish best equipped to handle your request. Your E-mail will be acknowledged by the web servant on receipt. After
you click on the Submit button you will be asked by Internet Explorer if you wish to continue. Simply say yes, and your response to the questions is sent directly by regular E-mail to the
